Prior to cancellation of the virtual American Educational Research Association (AERA) 2020 conference, REA was slated for two presentations

Kristin was co-presenting “Next Generation Science Standards Evolution Unit Efficacy: Student Results From Multiple-Choice and Constructed-Response Items,” a roundtable discussion in the Methodological Innovations in Researching Science Learning session. Her co-authors include Dina Drits-Esser, Louisa A. Stark, Sheila Homburger, and Molly Malone, University of Utah; Joseph Hardcastle, Jo Ellen Roseman, and George E. DeBoer, American Association for the Advancement of Science

Kristin was presenting “Learning Through Storybooks and Planetarium Shows: A Pilot Study of Two Elementary Instructional Sequences” a roundtable discussion in the Supporting Early Childhood and Elementary Science Learning session. Her co-authors include Alison Allen, Rockman et al; Brian Kruse, Linda Shore, Astronomical Society of the Pacific.
