A Letter to Saul

Dear Saul,

We would like to express our gratitude to you for being such an amazing boss and mentor. When you created this company, you not only created a successful business and creative environment, but also a community where individuals could shine and collaborate in welcome support, each being allowed to lend their unique talents and skills towards our shared success. You welcomed diversity, individuality, and even eccentricity, which produced an environment that is a joy to work in and has evolved into a democratic cooperative where everyone is valued. We could not have achieved that goal without your generosity in teaching us so much about our profession, and encouraging us to learn new skills and to value the talents and professional contributions of our colleagues, collaborators, and clients. For this, and so many things, we are forever thankful and indebted to you.

We wish you luck in your retirement, knowing that it is just the beginning of new adventures for you and Barbara and a chance for you to pursue your interests, such as traveling, theatre, country and classical music, good food and wine, books, and grandchildren. We will miss seeing you every day at the office and on Zoom, but we know that we will never be strangers. You will always have an honored place at the table and we look forward to catching up with you, and continuing to learn from your wisdom, experiences, and passion for educational research and evaluation.

All the Best,

The Rockman et al Staff
