Nisaa Kirtman will be presenting at the 2021 American Evaluation Association Virtual Experience from November 8th-12th. Nisaa will be presenting on the topic “Who are we? In whose name do we do our work?” with Vidhya Shanker and Elizabeth Taylor-Schiro as part of AEA’s recently-formed Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Working Group on November 9th from 10-10:45am PST. 2021 AISL PI Meeting

Jennifer Borland and Alex Gurn will be attending the virtual National Science Foundation Advancing Informal STEM Learning (AISL) PI meeting from October 19th-21st. The 2021 AISL PI meeting is by invitation only. Jennifer will be co-facilitating the Critical Conversations Roundtable on Tuesday and Wednesday (October 19th & 20th) from 1:30-2:15pm EST. Alex will be sharing findings with YR Media (Youth Radio) on innovative approaches to informal education in artificial intelligence on Wednesday, October 20th at 4pm EST. NSF: ITEST PI Meeting

Meet Alex Gurn at the 2021 NSF ITEST PI Meeting, taking place online September 22-24, 12-5 pm EST. Along with Biotech Partners and our independent evaluator Hypothesi, REA will share program strategies and research findings related to conducting STEM industry internships through COVID-19, remote learning, and the social and economic upheaval acutely experienced over the last 18 months.
