Meet Kristin Bass, Alison Allen, Nicole Jarvis, Safa Asad, Claire Quimby, Camellia Sanford-Dolly, Maggie Deagon, Yesenia Garcia-Murillo, David Wilmore and Scott Burg at the annual National Institute of Health’s (NIH) SciEd 2026 meeting held virtually from Tuesday, September 29th through Thursday, October 1st. Kristin serves as a Co-Chair of the SciEd Conference, and Alison serves on the Organizing Committee as part of the Teacher Professional Development Strand.

Alison will be co-presenting a breakout session, Rethinking What Middle And High School Teachers Need From STEAM Professional Development: A Teacher-Centered Conversation From NH CREATES from 4:00-5:00pm EST.
REA staff have many years of experience with program evaluations for a wide variety of preK-12 STEM programs. In addition to the presentations listed above, REA contributed to 10 additional talks and 1 video showcase. Collectively, the presentations highlight our work in forming productive partnerships, designing studies, developing and validating instruments, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and reporting findings for program improvement and broader dissemination.
