Rockman et al Announces Transition to New Employee-Owned Structure

A new leadership team made up of three senior staff members will maintain the company’s commitment to customized expert services, with founder Saul Rockman in an advisory role.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, August 14, 2019: Rockman et al announced today that it has moved to an employee-owned organizational structure. This exciting generational transition, with founder Saul Rockman serving as Senior Advisor through 2020 and as a board member through 2024, is designed to ensure stability and continuity. “We are delighted to announce this latest chapter in our development as a company,” said new Managing Director David Wilmore. “At the same time, our expert services remain unchanged, along with our commitment to customized, rigorous work.”

The new leadership team is made up of three employees with a combined 54 years of service to the company. David Wilmore, Managing Director, is responsible for business strategy, operations, and finance companywide. Jennifer Borland, Director of Research Programs, leads the research and evaluation team, manages quality control, and heads up the Bloomington, Indiana office. Kristin Bass, Director of Research Development, is responsible for proposal development, research and evaluation, funding, and research trends.

“Employee ownership allows us to acknowledge the increased responsibilities recently assumed by senior staff, while supporting my transition into an advisory role,” said Rockman. “It also ensures ongoing value for clients and provides an opportunity for all employees to work together as co-owners.”

Although the company’s form has changed, its commitment to clients remains the same—measuring outcomes and reporting objective findings to help clients make important decisions, do the best job possible, and succeed. All business identification numbers including EIN and DUNNS numbers remain unchanged, ensuring a seamless transition for clients’ business offices.
