Prior to joining Rockman et al, Fatima spent four years at the Indiana Department of Education as a fiscal analyst and as the program manager for the Choice Scholarship Program, one of the three largest voucher programs in the nation. In this capacity she worked with school administrators on program implementation, conducted school visits to monitor compliance, and issued and reconciled student awards in excess of $115 million. Previously, Fatima was a project manager for Strategic Development Group where she focused on economic development, strategic planning, and market research. Fatima earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Earlham College and a Masters in Public Affairs from Indiana University. While in graduate school, Fatima worked on education evaluation and research projects at the Center for Evaluation and Education Policy.
